01/05/08- Current: Budget Rent A Car- Credit Control
Responsible for a ledger of French tour operators, as well as administrative support for numerous English centrally billed accounts. My main responsibility is the investigation and resolution of pricing and genral queries, to enable timely payment. Other responsibilities include: auditing of the billings and rate loads, running reports (aged debts, disputes reports, invoicing reporting and month end reporting for France) account reconciliation, reviewing credit limits (D&B), cash allocation, updating account information and general admin.
3 Years: Office Depot- Credit control
Full responsibility of the Irish Comsys ledger, closley involed in the transfer on to SAP in January. My ledger consisted of 1600+ account ranging in size. During my time at Office Depot I more than halfed the aged debt on my ledger. Targeted on phone time and cash collected. My role involved reconcilling accounts, logging telequeries, cash allocation, statements, invoicing, customer letters, reviewing credit limits (Expedia) & passing accounts for legal collection.
