In my first book on sales in 2009 I used many current sales studies. Ones with high standards, name recognitions in the industry of sales studies, Harvard, CSO Insights, Forbes, Wall Street Journal. Then I would say "Many studies back up my thinking..." "Many sales studies back up my experiences.... "
I need top sources that have done studies, research and or articles on why old school sales just doesn't work anymore. Bigger samples, people interviewed, the better.
