This is an example of an IRS Exam where I represented a client. This Exam has a nice "before" and "after" feature to it. Where the client had represented themselves for 2003--badly--and then contacted me to assist when the examiner wanted to expand the exam to 2004 (and 2002). 2003 was the taxpayer's year. 2004 was "my year". In both cases, I did great work in mitigating damage in Appeals. My year was actually a refund.
