These are two brief employee newsletter articles I wrote for an inexpensive in-house publication. The newsletter was distributed to the office staff at physicians' offices and were very popular with the receptionists, medical assistants, and the home health field staff.
It's distracting. I catch typos in the dark at fifty paces, even when I'm not trying. I worked in healthcare for over 35 years and during that time, as part of my regular job, I wrote employee newsletters, edited employee handbooks, proofread technical policy & procedure manuals, wrote business letters, and even copy edited a colleague's master's thesis! I'm detail-oriented, and I work fast but accurately.
