SEO/SEM and Social Marketing Position
I am looking for a full time SEO and Social Marketing person to add to my growing team. We work with small businesses throughout the USA and Canada. You will be responsible for 5 to six of our clients. We have gathered the best marketing methods you will be required to use our processes and procedures. We do not do BLACK HAT MARKETING. You must be fluent in English speaking and writing.

¿Develop and implement targeted online campaigns to support the company's business objectives (Viral marketing) by optimizing our social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
¿Analyze and improve web site SEO performance.
¿Improve SEO rankings through technical web site enhancements, link building strategies, social bookmarks, site searches, and internal process improvement.
¿Monitor daily performance metrics to understand search performance across multiple regional markets.
¿Ability to write blogs, press releases, website content, create linkbait content such as viral articles, videos, social media widgets, etc.
¿Prepare regular reports for marketing team
¿Analyze and translate data from web analytics into actionable plans.
¿Strong effective communicator.
¿Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
¿Expert in Internet and social media strategy with a demonstrated track record.
¿Demonstrated effectiveness in holding conversations with customers, customer evangelism, and customer-focused product development and outreach.
¿Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the company.
¿Ability to learn and change in an environment of constant change.
¿Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing including PR, written communication, website development, market research, product packaging, Microsoft software suite of products, visal communication software products, and creative services.
¿Experience in the global marketplace is a plus.
¿Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
¿Researching and evaluating new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.
