Looking for an assistant to help deliver a training program. manage logistivs as below. 1. Assist attendee of seminar with registration process/note attendance 2. Provide the attendee with folders /study materials etc 3. Ensure the A/V is in place and functioning 4. My group runs events around the United States and we are looking to work with someone who lives in the United States on a fixed basis or fixed hours basis per event to assist with organizing the event. We have been running events in these 20 cities for 6-7 and in some case 10 years. We are not looking to recreate the wheel. You would be replacing someone who had a system of working on these events which took about 20 hours per event or less. Half the events are hosted at law firms and the other half are hosted in hotels. Core aspects of organizing the events are: Hiring a hostess for the full day that the event is run in the city the event is happening. We already work with hosting agencies in most of those cities.
