I am looking for advice, ideas and then implementation. I am a Commercial Mortgage Broker with access to hundreds of lending partners. Each lender has 10-20+ important data points of lending criteria. (min/max loan amounts, Geographical Limitations, Types of Properties that they will lend on, interest rates, fees, borrower's credit rating, etc. ) I need to be able to quickly match these up with incoming loan requests. For example, a customer may be looking to borrow $1.1M on a large apartment building in California, another may need $600K to refinance their gas station or hotel in Florida. Out of the hundreds of lenders, only a few be good candidates for each of these loans. I want a way to collect and organize this data on our current data set, but make it easy for anyone to add/modify lenders in the future.
