Hello, We need the form on   [obscured]  /master2/ to send in the data directly to our infusionsoft CRM. So basically when someone goes to the above website and submits the form, the following two things should happen: 1. The information should be emailed to us (this is already happening) 2. Additionally, the information should create a new lead in our infusionsoft CRM under the administrators account. I know that a form code has to be generated within infusionsoft, for which I will give you access to our infusionsoft account. Additionally, you have to put the form on the website and make it look EXACTLY how it looks right now, with the exception that we need to add 1 more field to this form.
