I have an online business where I provide coaching services for engineers. I am going to be bringing on a partner to the business and he is going to buy into it so I need an valuation of the business. It is not a huge business, in fact if you just took the assets minus the liabilities it would be less than $20,000 however I want to make sure that the evaluation considers all of the website traffic based on CPM for the industry ( we get 40,000 pageviews per month).
