Expert on next-generation sequencing analysis tutor needed for legally blind bioinformatics student I am looking for a dedicated person to teach me how to analyze next-generation sequencing data. Examples of the kinds of datasets I need to learn can be found at ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Traces/sra/sra.cgi?cmd=search_obj&m=&s=&term=yeast&go=Search . The tutoring would take place remotely via Team Viewer and Skype. Hence, as long as there is internet access, location doesn't matter. Knowledge and interest in research about yeast, aging, caloric restriction, microarray analysis, Excel, R, SAS, heat maps, databases as well as , sterol synthesis, regulation and transport is a big plus. . I would also appreciate some help in finishing up my microarray analyses. Examples for it can be found at ebi.ac.uk/arrayexpress/experiments/browse.html. I am especially interested in learning how to analyze time series data. Could you please contact me if you ? or anyone you know ? mig...
