I am looking for a full time virtual personal assistant. You will need to be fluent in English, be able to work 40 hours a week, and have the following skills (or be smart and willing to be trained in the following areas): Diary Management Basic Graphic Design (i.e. make work documents look nice, put together powerpoint presentations) Invoicing Bookkeeping (using Xero or MYOB a bonus) A "will do what is required" attitude A nice, happy personality The job is extremely varied. It could be putting together a spreadsheet, sending invoices, working with I.T people to change email addresses, booking couriers etc etc - it is a little bit of everything that just needs a nice person who is willing to work hard and commit to this job as their full time job. The price point however is limited to an overseas worker (i.e. India, Philippines etc). I would be prepared to fly the appropriate person to Melbourne once a year for reviews and ongoing training.

We are looking to build a fully intergrated website on a Magento platform with a domain in Australia and a domain in Canada. We will need to open up more sites in other countries intergrated with the same CMS. All images, text, data, videos etc need to be drawn from EXONET (A MYOB product) and all orders etc will have to intergrated as well. Needs log-in for internal customer service - to be discussed further with project managers. Project manager needs to be certified for Magento or at least have some good references. Hello.. I have a database of 42,000 students that I need to convert to my new database. The DB/tables are both in MySQL and I need someone that can move parts of the old db to the new db. The tables do differ of course as I developed the new site and the old site was built by another firm. I am time crunched and need to outsource. The demographics of the students needs to be moved over along with exam scores. In addition to moving over the exam scores I will also the selected person to do a calculation that will populate certain columns in the table as passing / failing based upon these scores.

This Scheduling Application will integrate with SQL, We use MYOB Exo for our ERP, and we have an Access Database Program that we use for our Production Scheduling. However we have issues with the Access Program, and would like to replace it. It will have a dashboard with the various production area's i.e. Powdercoating, Laminating, Aluminium Doors. Once you drill into those area's it will bring forward the items to be i.e. Powdercoated > then the user will be able to add the items to a schedule and will be able to update once they have been completed etc.
