We have an excel spreadsheet that needs to be converted to an access database. We have about 30 fields that will need to be created. We do NOT need you to fill in the information. Currently monitor several locations inventory via excel spreadsheets. This is becoming too much to manage. Found a solid inventory database template but require some modification to suite my needs. In a Nutshell need to be able to have the ability to create purchase orders which will assign the purchased product to the property. Shipment information will be entered during this purchase order. We are working in an Access 2007 Form and entering data in the following 12 columns. These are listed in order: Last Name, First Name, Address, Address2, Address3, City, State, Zip, Phone, Email, Parishioner, Notes. We were able to do the simple "Yes, Do not allow duplicates" on the index, but it only flags it after ALL the data is entered. We want it flagged immediately upon tabbing out of the "First Name" field (which is the second column).

I need someone to describe how to setup a database that can capture e-mail addresses from our own website and then to add information about their buying habits, track their purchases and event attendance. The names need to be sorted in a number of ways, including area, purchased product, received auto responders etc. Then we need to e-mail all or parts of the database dependent on queries. I know this sounds bad. I have a client that has a 12 year old server STILL running NT 4 with a SQL 7 server with a front end program call P21 (Profit 21). It has been working solid for a very long time and he know he needs to get off of it. I put all new systems in almost 2 years ago and we were supposed to migrate them to Quickbooks Enterprise. Things came up for them and they put it off until now. Now they are still working on it for the most part but something is happening when they put in a new invoice or quote that two line items pop into each and every new quote or invoice that they cannot delete therefore not allowing them two create these new quotes or invoices. I would like to have a program where I can plug in blood score results and I will get a variety of possibilities. For example the program will analyze that if x is low and y is high and z is low the patient should be checked for condition A. If x divided by y is greater than 7 and t divided by s is under 5 then the patient should be checked for condition B-- and so on.
