Using two enforcers (with reflectors) I have a prototype already made. The board inputs a signal from the two enforcers and outputs either a 1, 2 or 2,1 (depends on the direction of crossing the beams). I'd like to document and create a PCB sketch from it to eventually order multiple units of it.

4-5 week design cycle. Extremely reliable. Fail safe. Size, weight, power should be minimized. Vibration resilient. EMI resilient MIL-STD-464. Design PCB and required firmware/software to convert about 12 0-5 volt analog inputs and about 12 thermister inputs to a canbus or rs-232/ttl level output. Canbus preferred. 10 bit or greater, data rate should be 1hz or greater. The number of inputs can be negotiable (for example if your microcontroller can only do 16 I/O). A second section of the board(s) should interface with two Novatel OEM615 GPS boards to provide conditioned power (I believe 12VDC and 3.3VDC), 232/LVL conversion, and mechanical attachment of GPS boards. OEM615 boards require the two voltages, two traces between the two for comms, and a level converter for one of the boards (they communicate on TTL and we need 232). This new PCB will essentially be a motherboard. +12 volt DC input (PCB must condition as required) Temp rating: -26F to 160F operational, -50F to 160F storage...

Hello, I was wondering if you could create an electronic device for me? Unfortunately my knowledge of electronics is somewhat limited however; I have taken a video of the device to show what I am after.   [obscured]  /watch?v=NJKehBVTD7s Some Info: The EMP uses 10 wraps on the large coil and 100 wraps on the small coil. It uses 6 x 3.7v lipo batteries. The pulse timing can be changed via a button on the side. I would like to be able to charge the batteries from a dc jack plug. I am interested in just the PCB and components (no coil, case or batteries). I am after about 20 making for now. Would something like this be possible to make? If a pre-set chip with timings is not do-able could an alternative like a potentiometer to control the pulse timings be created? Unfortunately, I don't have a device I can send you as it was broken when it was taken apart by another company. If it makes it any easier I can call you or contact you through Skype etc. Many thanks, Robert Hetheri...

UPDATE: April 11, 2014 We are going to postpone this project as it currently is (addition of a separate sensor PCB) as we test using a off the shelf sensor board. If this method works, then we will be going straight into the development of a redesign of both the module and additional sensor boards. This posting will stay open until it automatically closes. We won't be selecting a freelancer until after our testing. Thank you We have an RF transceiver Module used in a mesh network that does not require any external components to operate but we would like to add additional sensors to it. You can view the module here   [obscured]  /weben/index.php?sekce=products&id=tr-52d&ot=transceivers&ot2=tr-52d Any questions, just message me. Thanks Neil

Hi there, we are new start-up company looking for a contractor to help us take care of several of the technical aspects of our first product. Our product will be an anti-theft, loss prevention and statistics tracking device for skiers and snowboarders. We require a contractor to oversee two aspects of the product and consult with us: 1. To design, produce and test the PCB for the device. 2. To oversee embedded programming that ensures a reliable connection to iPhone and Android smartphones via the new Bluetooth Low energy standard. The product description and the technical specifications have been attached. Skiing or snowboarding experience and passion on behalf of the team would be a great advantage. The project will be considered finished with a 6 functional prototypes which can connect to a smartphone app and be programmed. It will also include the hardware designs ready for mass production. Detailed lists of the tasks are given in the attachments. Please let us know if you ...

I have an almost completed schematic for a simple electronic sensor containing an ARM M0 MCU/Transceiver (nRF51822), an accelerometer (MPU-6000), and a microSD flash card adapter, all operating on a LiPo cell. First I'd like an experienced EE to take a look at the schematic and help me transfer it to a PCB board (Gerber files) that I can send off to manufacturing and get a stencil for. Additionally, I could use some help troubleshooting the application that is to be loaded onto this PCB board, on top of the S110 Soft Device provided by Nordic. I'm looking to take DMP calibrated accelerometer and gyroscope data from the MPU-6000 and send it to the internal 1024 byte FIFO buffer. When the buffer fills and sends an interrupt to the MCU, I want it to wake up and transfer the data collected to the microSD card. Additionally I want a button for power, and a button that when pressed reads the data written to the SD card since last time and sends it over bluetooth low energy to a phone (no...

we require on an ongoing basis the need to reverse engineer various small pcb boards. Most of them are 2 layer with basic components. You will need to be able to re-create the schematic drawings, gerber file, BOM and firmware. If you have skills in this area, the please respond so we can discuss in more detail.

Concept: 2 flexible LED screens controlled by a small - very small - master controller. Screen will show static or dynamic patterns of symbols and or text as well as different colors. Communication via bluetooth or zigbee or any other. Charge via solar, batteries or computer. program via computer or cell phone - perhaps an app? Attached is a diagram to give a general idea. We would also need a prototype made if possible but not a must have. We want to build a long term relationship with a provider for this and future projects.

I am looking for someone to design me a PCB that integrates several off the shelf components. I have found these parts as libraries on eagle cad. The final PCB design will be delivered in eagle cad (or similar) and also gerber files. It needs to incorporate a power input, voltage regulator, atmega (arduino) microcontroller, radio receiver, audio amplifier. I can provide schematics I have found for most of the components in break-out board design. I have attached a diagram showing the current circuit in breadboard. This currently works, although I am happy for you to propose any improvements. The PCB MUST not contain the breakout boards I have shown - ie instead of the Arduino Pro Mini 3.3v, you use its components such as the ATmega168 controller, crystal, pull up resistors, etc. Please note, the speaker, the LED ring and the antenna will be off the board. We simply need connectors for these. Also, we do not need to change the volume on the amp so you can omit the variable resist...
