Hello Elancers, I am looking for some one who has in-depth knowledge in Joomla. The issue is that the Joomla website if opened through search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo etc.), it redirects to a different website (most probably a marketing website) On the other hand, if the joomla website is opened directly by typing the address on the web browser it does NOT re-direct to any other website. Clearly there is a bug in the code of the Joomla website. There are loads of articles in stackoverflow etc. where you can find and fix the problem, but due to lack of time I am having to post this job. I want a DLL developed, that I can integrate in Visual Basic or C++/C# projects (preferably Visual Basic), that can use OCR in order to resolve text from images. It should do the solving of the images offline. I have been scammed with this before, and I was told "The images were send to the server for heavy-image processing". Meaning he just used a human-typing service to get the text out of the image. The text in the images can be distorted, but it almost always is text on a white background. The images are similar to reCaptcha images. The average success rate should be at least around 25-30%. My budget is around $3000-$3500, but I will pay more if the accuracy is higher than the stated 25-30% (65% is normal for these types of images). The use of the DLL should be simple: I will import it in a project, then I will type something like: (Visual Basic) Dim text As String = solvecaptcha(captchaurlhere or picturebox image)
