Essentially data entry, cutting and pasting or typing written text (if can't be copied and pasted) off pdfs into a web template and filling out the corresponding fields. Information can be added to excel template if preferred. Copying images off the same pdfs, or downloadable images off manufacturers websites and resizing to 1000x1000 pixels. Optimizing the images in Photoshop or equivalent for low file size but high quality image resolution into same Magento template. As long as you have a fast internet connection you'll be fine and a copy of photoshop. This will be an ongoing requirement. Plenty of youtube tutorials available to help get up to speed. A product can be uploaded and edited very quickly, the only time consuming part is resiziing and cropping images, but still less than a minute. I will be paying per product uploaded properly.
