Hi! I have a growing small business and have been using outright (now godaddy) online software, but would like to switch to Xero. I need someone to transfer my financial data (from godaddy or csv files) from July 2013, and help me set it up correctly! I'd like it all set up so I can have my paypal account (uses multiple currencies) and bank account linked, and just go in to enter receipts. I use contractors only (no staff) and have kept everything as simple as possible; I've chosen Australian freelancers only as I could also do with a hand registering for GST and reporting. Please quote on initial transfer (or how many hours you think it will take), and also hourly rate for ongoing training (if I can't figure something out!) and bookkeeping as needed (for ato reporting etc, tax accounting would be a welcome bonus!) I have a new that will be selling products primarily online in the U.S. and Canada, with other countries to follow (EU, Japan, Korea, Thailand). I'm using Volusion for my website, which I'm intending to use as my POS, and will link to my 3rd party fulfillment centers (one in U.S., one in Canada) which will also manage my inventory, shipping, returns, etc. I will have mirrored sites: 1 in the U.S., and one in Canada. I am looking at intergrating a crm and accounting system. I like MYOB and have recently come acroos Capsule CRM. I would like them to be intergrated so that all information is connected. I.E. -When invoice is created in MYOB, it is linked to their Capsule account. -When a contact is added/edited, it updates in other system At this stage I would like it to be able to mainly have invoicing linked and contacts synced and details updated etc. But would like it to have the ability to become more advanced as my business grows. I would be using the AccountEdge Pro desktop version of MYOB for Mac. The capsule system is a cloud based CRM system.
