Hi I need a bookkeeper hired by the hour to create a company file for my company and enter transactions into QuickBooks Pro Desktop USA 2013 on a monthly basis. I use Quicken for accounting now and it is not a "proper" dual entry system and my auditor needs QuickBooks so he can get accurate Balance Sheet and P&L for my company. I intend to dump the transactions from my Quicken system monthly into a spreadsheet (or other format if you request) and send them to the consultant for entry into QuickBooks on your system or mine by remote control. Once converted my auditor will review and make sure the entry has been done correctly, he may request some edits. We use multiple currencies but not very many transactions each month. Also need to ensure the share capital (1,000 shares of HK$1 each) is correctly stated. thanks for reading!
