I would like to make 3D models of the following parts, which will be used for assembly directions. The models do not have to be 100% accurate, as they are just for directions to help depict the different parts and how they go together. I think all items you will be able to create easily meaning I will provide you with good drawings to re-create them with the exception of the back plate, this is the one item that you do not have to be 100% perfect on.
The first item is the back plate. I have a sketch up model created already for this. Unfortunately I do not have a print to provide, just the model. I'm no expert on sketch up and realize that the model is full of errors, but I do believe that it provides enough information to closely make what I'm after. The inside cavity is completely wrong. There are four photos attached to show what the back plate looks like.
The second item is a standoff. A print is attached to help create. There is a picture of that item as well, the one show where it screws into the back plate
The third item is called mounting screw. A print is attached. There are two pictures of this item as well
The fourth is a ¼-20 X ½ socket head cap screw. No print standard screw, but there is a picture.
The fifth item is a M6-1 X 90mm socket head cap screw. No print standard screw, but there is a picture.
There is an air filter and cover attached, that are just for reference, don't need anything done with them.
The product goes together like this:
The "Mounting Screw" goes through the throttle body on the lower two holes. Then the backing plate is placed over the throttle body. The ¼-20 x ½ screw mount through the backing plate and into the "mounting screw". The M6 x 90mm go through the backing plate on the top two holes. The standoff screws into the two "posts" on the back plate. The air filter slides over the backing plate and sits in the groove in the backing plate. The cover attaches to the standoff.
