Zoho Creator Programer
I have put together the form with NO formulas. I am hoping you can create the formulas from what I've created. I own a house cleaning business with 30 employees and several hundred clients. The goal with the form is to embed on my website so prospective clients can go directly to the website/form and receive an estimate for house cleaning emailed to them based on how they fill out the form.
In addition, I would like to be able to "cleanly and neatly" be able to print the information out for our cleaning crew to use as the task list for the specific prospective customer that filled the form out. This would be extremely helpful and is very important
I realize there are probably several different ways to create the form easier, more efficiently, and more effectively than my armature knowledge allows. However, to save money, I wanted to attempt it.
Keeping in mind my minimal knowledge of ZC, I envisioned, starting with a "base" number of around $25 for the estimate. Then, as the prospect fills out the form, based on their input, the price ZC would calculate would increase or decrease by their answers.
The two main fields I've used are "decision box" and "Number"- For each "decision box" checked or unchecked, the estimate would would go up or down in dollars.
The "number" fields almost all have questions that ask the prospect to identify and input a number from 1-5. So, the dollar amount of the estimate would increase incrementally based on the "value" they input in the field. Perhaps the value "1" represents a $5 increase in estimate "2" represents an $8, "3" represents a $10 and so on.
I would provide you with the dollar amount increases/decreases for each value. You just need to plug into the script or formula so ZC can calculate the total estimate and email it to me and the prospect.
